We have all been told the benefits of drinking water and staying rejuvenated but did you know that water and watery foods like melons and other fruits and vegetables can boost your metabolism and keep the fat off? Drinks such as coffee and other caffeine drinks only give you momentary fixes but a drink like this boost your body where it needs to be and you will feel the effect all through the day. The fruit in this drink last about 4 days before you need to change it before that just keep refilling the water. Make sure you allow it to sit overnight to let the taste burst through.

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon fresh water
  • 1/2 cup clean mint
  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 1 green apple, sliced

In a pitcher add mint, apple and oranges. Add water, stir well and refrigerate overnight.
